A Message From Your AMCR Team Regarding COVID-19

Since the onset of the pandemic over two year ago, we have been closely monitoring the evolving situation with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and its variants. The health and well-being of our volunteers, employees, our business partners and the community are paramount.

We thought it would be helpful to provide an update on what we are doing at AMCR to address health and safety.

We are committed to delivering our services without interruption. Therefore, we will continue to closely monitor the available information on COVID-19 and the latest recommendations from local, CDC, and other health authorities to protect the community from infection.

To reduce the risk of COVID-19 exposure at AMCR, we partnered with Sharp Healthcare to offer the COVID-19 vaccines (Pfizer and Moderna) to all our staff. Ninety eight percent of our employees have been vaccinated. Additionally, we continue to take all necessary precautions to ensure that our facilities remain a safe space for all. These include:

• Following all hygiene guidelines strictly
• Increasing the frequency of sanitization of equipment including wiping high-touch surfaces, such as countertops and door handles.
• Rescheduling visits for symptomatic or quarantined volunteers.
• Spreading patient appointments to regulate the traffic controlled and avoid crowding.
• Increasing space between people in the workplace ("social distancing")
• Requesting all employees to stay home if they are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms or experiencing the onset of potential sickness.
• Questioning all employees when they report to work regarding symptoms (cough, fever, shortness of breath, sore throat, runny nose) and potential exposure to the virus outside of AMCR. We take employee temperatures. If we suspect that there is any risk, they will be sent home.
• Working on scenarios to conduct remote or phone visits with our business partners whenever possible.
• Maintaining service continuity for you by encouraging our employees to work remotely when possible.

AMCR will keep you up to date regarding any changes to our operations.
