to Strengthen Service Quality,
Appoints Carmen J. Ostermeier as President & CDO

Escondido, CA, October 15, 2021 - AMCR Institute, Inc., an independent, fully dedicated clinical research site focused on Phase I-IV studies within diabetes, obesity, NAFLD/NASH, and vaccines, announced the promotion of Carmen J. Ostermeier, PharmD, to the position of President and Chief Development Officer (CDO). Ostermeier has been serving as CDO and provided critical and clear guidance and direction during the challenging pandemic. She will continue to lead all patient centric initiatives, our newly established diversity & inclusion program as well as site relationship optimization. Timothy S. Bailey, MD, FACE, CPI will continue as CEO & Founder.

Ostermeier has more than 30 years of combined international pharmaceutical industry and drug/device development experience and has successfully led teams in an academic, pharmaceutical wholesales, sales, and research environment. Several non-profit and healthcare organizations awarded her for her outstanding contributions as chairperson, committee member, advocate, public speaker, and volunteer.
